Session Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please contact Black Cherry Studios as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Cancellations

If you cancel your session, your session fee and any pre-session payments are nonrefundable. These payments cannot be transferred to another person, applied to a future session, or converted into studio credit.

If you cancel a session associated with a pre-session payment plan, payments already made will not be refunded. No images, products, or services will be provided for the canceled session.

Any promotional credits applied to a canceled session are forfeited and will not be restored or reissued.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requires at least 14 days notice before your scheduled session. This allows us time to coordinate studio availability and make arrangements with our team.

With the required notice, your session fee and any pre-session payments may be applied to a rescheduled session taking place within three months of your original session date. All new dates are subject to studio availability.

If something unexpected happens within 14 days of your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We review these requests individually, but cannot guarantee that a reschedule can be accommodated.

Your original booking remains in place until a new date has been confirmed by Black Cherry Studios.
